Peaceful Secluded Country Guest House on 7.5 acres

Join us in beautiful West Richland where you will enjoy our entire guest house to yourself, newly remodeled in 2022. Remodel included all new appliances, new kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, stackable washer/dryer in master closet, larger water heater and water softener. The bathroom has a deluxe extra deep walk-in jetted soaking tub. A large pantry cabinet is also available. There is a comfy king size bed in the master, and a queen size air mattress for the living area is also available.

Welcome! Get a great night’s sleep in our clean, and comfortable guest house with additional sofa sleeper (Full). Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ provided for entertainment on the Smart TV. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry room are stocked with added appliances and amenities to make your stay more comfortable. If you need anything, just ask. We provide a private entrance accessible via stairs, and key code access. Dedicated parking. No pets are permitted.

The little house

Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

Theater Themed House w/ Hottub

Guest home located above the detached garage further back on our property. It sits on an acre where guests are free to use the yard, fire pit, barbecue & play equipment. The main home is also an Airbnb with only yard shared. It is a studio apartment with a private entrance to the property. The living and sleeping area, as well as the kitchen are all connected. Great walk in shower as well as full size deck for your relaxation and watching the beautiful sunsets we have here in the Tri-Cities.

5 minutes N of Kadlec, 5 min. S of PNNL, 3 blocks to the River & 10+ mi. of riverside trails, this cottage is completely separate & great for long stays.
