Heritage Villa Croc

Villa Croc is a lovingly restored old stone house that offers all the comfort and modern amenities that you might need but has preserved the stone and wood elements of an authentic Istrian house. The ground floor consists of the living room with a fireplace and the kitchen with dining area, bathroom. Stairs lead to the upper floor, where two bedrooms and one bathroom are set. Outside the villa, there is a large covered terrace with a dining area and a barbecue. Note: Youth groups not permitted!

The house also features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining area that can accommodate up to ten guests. Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

The holiday home for 6 people on 100 square meters is spread over three fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, and a separate toilet. On the first floor is a bedroom with a private bathroom. On the second floor, there is one double bedroom, and one twin bedroom, along with a bathroom in the hallway. All rooms are air-conditioned.
