Our guest suite is equipped for your visit to Washington, DC. Access to the unit is through a private basement entrance in the rear of the home, into the bedroom (1 queen). Continue to the living area with a pull out couch (full bed). PLEASE NOTE: We provide a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee fixings, but this basement unit does NOT offer a full kitchen.

Located just 2.5 blocks to the NoMa Metro Station and Union Market, a short walk to Union Station, the US Capitol and National Mall and all of the Museums. The apartment is surrounded by some of the best restaurants, bars, cafes and shops all within a 5 minute walk. This studio apartment has a ground level walkout entrance and access to a shared roof deck, private full kitchen, washer and dryer, queen bed and fold out couch, private entry/bathroom. HVAC that you control. Solar powered & green cleaning supplies! Awesome shared patio space! Speaking of our patio, we typically have legal marijuana growing there. If you want a free sample, let us know because we are happy to leave you a pre-roll or two. But remember, only smoke outdoors!

Union Station: 20 minute walk to the U.S. Capitol and Union Station are within walking distance. Union Market and Eastern Markets are close by.

Furnished suite in a Capitol Hill/H Street/Atlas District home consisting of the entire third floor: master bedroom with queen bed, walk-in closet, dining table, and kitchenette. The second room has a twin bed and cable TV and a desk. Spacious full bath. This is not a separate unit, we live on the lower two floors. We have a small Lab mix who might bark initially but then loves everyone. The stairs are blocked as she is not permitted in the guest suite.

Note: The guest who left the 1 star review smoked weed in the unit and was mad at me for saying no smoking allowed. I’ve never gotten a 1 star review and that guest was the worst guest I’ve ever hosted.
