Set in the beautiful countryside of Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, this is a perfect base for active breaks or just relaxing. Walking and cycling trails start at the door. Lochs Achray and Venachar are within walking distance, spectacular Loch Katrine is just 10 minutes away by car while historic Stirling is within easy reach. Upstairs are 2 bright, ensuite bedrooms (one standard UK double, one king or twin). Downstairs is an open-plan living space, well-equipped kitchen and wet room.

A Highland cottage built in the 1720's, newly refurbished in the spirit of Scottish country living. Tradition, authenticity and fireside comfort complement contemporary furnishings and light airy spaces.

Short Term Let Licence No ST00306F A former blacksmiths workshop lovingly modernised to provide a bright and comfortable cottage. Located on the waters edge of Loch Katrine in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Linens are provided for your stay. For the 2026 season, we have a new hot tub and sauna available. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a Sunday arrival or departure.

Red Leaf Cottage in the Trossachs

This delightful one bedroom holiday cottage in the Trossachs National Park is an ideal cosy and comfortable base from which to explore the area. Located in the peaceful hamlet of Brig O'Turk, it is nestled between two lochs. It has a well equipped kitchen, a lounge/dining area and a separate bathroom. The cottage has good Wifi. Dogs are very welcome. The area is especially wonderful for walkers, wild swimmers and cyclists. Next to the cottage is a small garden with views of Ben Venue.

Ploughmans Cottage is located in the Village of Furnace, 7 miles from Inveraray, in Argyll. The cottage was built around 1890 to house the Ploughman for Goatfield Farm, and has been extensively remodelled to create a unique getaway. Offering a large double bedroom, lounge and open plan kitchen diner, and stunning bathroom with Victorian roll top bath. The views across Loch Fyne from the private terrace are stunning. The perfect country getaway nestled in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. There are plenty of amazing walks right on your doorstep including Loch Achray (amazing ice cream at Achray Farm in the summer season!), Three Lochs drive, Lendrick Hill and Glen Finglas Dam. Callander is 10 mins drive, with great shops and historic Roman Camp. Or head west for a breathtaking drive past Loch Katrine, and over the Dukes pass and stunning scenery to Aberfoyle and Go Ape!

This small terraced cottage is in the friendly village of Thornhill, a scenically short drive from the hiking, walking and biking trails of the Trossachs. Within the village there is small path network and two commons for evening strolls. Thornhill is perfectly located to explore Stirling, Callander, Doune and the surrounding countryside, including Blairdrummond Safari Park. The village boasts a fabulous pub/restaurant serving good food and chatty locals.

Stylishly converted Bothy by River Earn

The Bothy is stylishly converted from two jold stone farm cottages into a luxurious 2 bedroom cottage. The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Some of the furniture has been made from beech and cedar from our farm. With view across the River Earn and surrounding hills, this is a perfect place to come, explore, unwind and relax.

The Wash House: a Cosy Romantic Countryside Escape

The Wash House is a beautiful, cosy cottage adjacent to a charming Schoolhouse built in 1857. This space was once the schools laundry facility. Character has been retained in this beautiful modern space. Our little slice of paradise is at the gate way to the highlands and 5 minutes from doune ( for those Outlander fans). It is perfect for those wanting to explore the beautiful surrounding area or even as a stop over on route to the highlands.

A self catered converted stables in the private grounds of Ardoch Lodge a 9 acre Victorian Hunting Lodge . This lovely cottage is set in a wooded area with its own garden and outside dining area, with private car parking. The cottage is furnished and equipped to the highest standards, with a wood burning stove and underfloor heating in the bathroom making it cosy and comfortable at any time of the year. We also offer EV charging on site.

Have a holiday in the village of Luss in a unique listed cottage on the banks of Loch Lomond. Luss village has its own pier with boat trips, Loch Lomond Faerie Trail, a beach and hiking, walking and cycling paths. The village, dating from the 18th century, became the setting for the successful TV soap Take the High Road. It is ideally located for exploring Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park.

Burn View Cottage is situated at the end of a private road on the south shore of Loch Katrine. We chose to call the house Burn View as this is the view you see when looking out from our ceiling to floor window. Nestled in the heart of the Trossachs National Park with breathtaking scenery all around. A perfect location for a holiday in one of Scotland's most picturesque areas.
