A fantastic base to explore Bradford-on-Avon, the city of Bath and its historic surrounding areas such as Wells and the Cotswolds.

The Chapel - self contained Annex, Rudge Somerset

The self contained annex was fully restored recently at the same time as was the Chapel. It dates back to the 1800's whilst keeping many beautiful original features, the annex includes a double Bedroom, a luxury bathroom with a separate entrance hallway. The main Chapel is occupied by Andrew the host, however the guest accommodation which is attached to the chapel is separate from the hosts space and fully private. The annex includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus outdoor space for relaxing.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Wharf Cottage

The perfect family friendly retreat. Recently restored this pretty Georgian detached wharf cottage set within an acre of idyllic gardens abutting the beautiful Kennet and Avon canal. The cottage offers a chance for peace and tranquility or a fantastic base for a Wiltshire adventure. This period cottage has two living rooms & separate dining room. Fully equipped kitchen. If you’re planning on bringing a pet, we’d like to know in advance as we make some small changes to the furnishings accordingly.
