On a dirt road, surrounded by public land, you feel as if you are “out there” but you are less than 1.5 miles to lovely downtown Nevada City.

Full kitchen, AC, bath and shower... Queen size bed and comfortable couch/bed for a third person. There is also a queen size air mattress in a cabinet if you need more sleeping space. Many guests bring a pet. Plenty of parking available on both sides of the street. Please leave driveways accessible.

Vintage 1950 yellow Vagabond trailer, on our property but secluded, short walk to downtown Nevada City. Kitchen, dining table and bedroom. Nice outbuilding houses propane shower and composting toilet ("number one" is OK in trailer). Woodsy, birdsong-y site on W. Broad - mild to (rarely) moderate traffic noise. Cooking utensils and dishes are in the well-appointed kitchen, which has a stove, small oven, and icebox - we provide ice blocks. Owners on property always available but give you space.
