Please read before booking. This is a simple village house owned by my family. We only visit a few times a year, so we decided to open it up to travelers who want to experience a more authentic side of life in Georgia. This is basic, independent accommodation — not a hotel. We want to be upfront about what you can expect so there are no surprises. This can be a great place to spend a night on a way to Ushguli, or to stay for a day or two to explorie the beautiful areas around Tsageri.

The Way

This little paradise on earth has been created with a lot of love. We own 2 cottages which share a spacious pool and terrace. A beautiful place to have holidays as a couple, company of friends or family. Each cottage can host up to 5 people. The view is breathtaking and it's a nice getaway from the city. We will be happy to host you and provide you with a memorable stay.

Villa Sadmeli

The Villa Sadmeli is a two-story house with a swimming pool and a large yard.  House is a very good place for a large family and also for a friendly holiday. There are very beautiful mountains around the house and it is a very quiet place for resting as well.  The house is equipped with all necessary equipment.
