This cute little self contained studio cottage is situated in our back garden surrounded by a lovely garden and fruit trees. It has been beautifully decorated and is very well equipped. At the back of the cottage in a private fenced off area surrounded by grape vines is a spa pool for you to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars or just soothing those tired muscles. Complimentary pastries or muffins, fruit bowl, chocolates, tea, moccona coffee or plunger coffee, milo, milk & bottled water.

Arcadia = ( Pastoral Harmony and Happiness). Our beautifully appointed self-contained studio embodies its name with its all-round stunning vistas. Set on a picturesque equestrian property the studio is adjacent to main residence, accessed by its own entrance. The perfect location being only a short bike ride away from the Bridge Pa Wine Triangle boasting a choice of 10 award winning vineyards incl Te Awa, Trinity Hill & Ngatarawa. Havelock North is a 6 min drive. Napier and Airport 20mins.

Aslantis Beach House marries Art Deco and Spanish Mission architecture with inspiring ocean views, fabulous front gardens and a wonderful Mediterranean style courtyard . A 1 to 2 minute walk and you'll have access to a well stocked 4 square dairy, takeaway and pub (including pizzas) A 15 minute drive and you'll be in Hastings. Havelock North or Napier, one of the Art Deco capitals of the world. Aslantis Beach House is a great getaway for couples and business travellers.

Richmond Cottage

Nestled at the front of our property away from the main house, a quaint but modern cottage, set in a quiet semi rural area, very central, only 10 minutes from Hastings, Havelock North and Napier. Close to many great wineries and easy access onto the stop bank to one of many of Hawkes Bay's bike trails. Clive is small town with a few amenities including a local pub, Four Square, Chemist and a couple of eateries. All main supermarkets can be found either in Hastings or Napier.

Luxury Village Villa 2 mins walk to the village

The Village Villa combines old style charm with modern amenities. Put your keys in the drawer and take a 2 minute stroll into the Village with it's fabulous shopping and vibrant cafes. The Villa has been recently renovated and boasts a modern spacious kitchen opening out onto a large sunny deck. Modern 2 bedroom apartment conveniently situated just 10 minutes walk from the centre of the beautiful Havelock North Village. Although young children are welcome, please be aware that my property is not really suitable for young active children and is not fenced from the neighbours or the busy road. Message me if you need a one night stay as this may be possible in the winter months. Discounted rates are available for stays longer than one week.

Our stylish cottage has the best of both worlds. Rural, quiet setting, only a 3 minute drive from the fabulous Havelock North village. Situated on a very special, peaceful, slice of paradise, on an apple orchard, on the northern outskirts of the village. Minutes from Hawkes Bay's amazing attractions. A twenty five minute drive to the Napier airport. Our swimming pool is situated behind the main house, 30 meters over the paddock.

The Little Shoehorn is a 5 minute drive from the centre of Havelock North Village. Nestled amongst the trees and overlooking the Mangarau Stream, this stand alone studio offers privacy and relaxation after a busy day of exploring Hawkes Bay. With Te Mata Peak on the doorstep and local wineries a must visit, the Little Shoehorn is a perfect place to base yourself whilst exploring the beautiful region.
