Private and peaceful, yet just minutes to great local dining, shopping and outdoor recreation. The historic downtown and river are an easy 6 minute drive into the heart of old Bend. Spacious 3 room suite-living makes longer stays comfy! No shared interior spaces. Our extensive gardens, gazebos, grills, firepits are shared and open for guest use!

Cozy Studio! Walk to NW Crossing and Shevlin Park

Cozy, soft decor fill this light, bright studio with a private entrance. Shevlin Park and Phil's Trail are minutes away for hiking, running, and mountain biking. Mt. Bachelor is a short 30 minute drive for skiing in the winter and downhill biking in the summer. Smith Rock is a 45 minute drive for hiking and climbing enthusiasts. Shopping and dining are within walking distance at NW Crossing or a a short drive to the Old Mill or Downtown Bend. Mesh Network Wifi, coffee, tea and snacks provided.

Just over 2 miles from downtown. This is a private room attached to our house with a separate entrance. The room has a double bed, full private bathroom, closet space, a kitchenette, and seasonal access to the outside deck and hammock. Includes heating and cooling controls, a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, cups, plates, and utensils. Coffee, tea, snacks, ice provided. Great for late night arrivals or early departures! The space is quaint- room & bathroom- 185 sq. ft. total

Quail Park Haven in NW! King Beds & Hot Tub

Relax in this peaceful NW Bend home with king beds and access to Quail Park. Enjoy natural light from the skylights and high ceilings. Kick back in the expansive backyard with mature plantings, tall trees and flagstone paths. Multiple patios including a deck off the living room, a paver patio with fire-pit, hot tub, outdoor furniture and gas BBQ. EV charger, HEPA air filter and garage access. No parties or pets please. The Tumalo House is located just north of Bend and is situated between Tumalo Cider and Bend Cider. Just across the street from The Bite, the local hang out, this fully renovated 1940's farm house offers 2 bedrooms, sofa bed and 1 bath, and outdoor space with a gas fire pit. This cozy find is only steps from the Deschutes river, 30 minutes from Mt. Bachelor and minutes from Downtown Bend and The Shops at the Old Mill. No matter what brings you here, this home will make you want to stay!

Located in Bend's Midtown and with access to the Larkspur trail that leads to iconic Pilot Butte, this bright, newly built 450 sq. foot apartment balances cozy and modern elements to make your stay in Bend comfortable. Equipped with a full kitchen, a separate room with a queen bed, a deep, relaxing tub, a sofa that converts into a memory foam queen bed, a TV with access to Netflix, and a separate laundry room. Our space is a great option for 2 guests, but it can fit up to 4.
