Our beautiful Lighthouse Lodge is situated on our peacefull and stunning Tall Pines Park, located in woodland in the Lincolnshire coastal countryside, and close to the amazing and often deserted, dog friendly beaches , also close to the villages of Sutton on sea, Alford and Anderby Creek . There is a fabulous local pub that serves outstanding meals at very reasonable prices only 1 Mile away. And its only 15 minutes drive to Skegness and Ingoldmells. Doggies are very welcome, there are lots of dog walking trails and close to dog friendly beaches..we don't charge extra for dogs. Doggies receive treats and we provide dog blankets and towels too . All bedding and towels are included, with beds made up..all ready for you to enjoy your break. Boasting 3 bedrooms, one king-size master bedroom, and 2 rooms both with large single beds. There is a toilet and sink and a separate toilet and shower room, perfect for 6 guests. The property has its own fenced garden for your doggies. Plenty of space for socialising in the lounge/kitchen area and the outside balcony and seating area. Enclosed which is perfect for your children and dogs. Everything about this accommodation has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling. As a self-catering accommodation, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. Linens, towels and toiletries are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed inside the property. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are allowed at the property.

Cosy 1985 Caravan on a attractive smallholding

The caravan is on a small quiet campsite for adults only, surrounded by fields where we have cattle, sheep, pigs and horses. We are a working smallholding The caravan is very cosy and has recently been carefully refurbished and has a comfortable double bed a very small log burner for the cool evenings, cooker, hob sink with hot water and 12 volt lighting .Outside is a composting toilet and shower a picnic table,fire pit and bbq. There is a shop and pub with restaurant within walking distance

1980's 1 Bed Caravan set in Small Wooded Area.

Set in a small wooded area, on a very quiet campsite (2 pitches only). It has a gas hob and grill, cold water and battery operated lights. Twenty yards away is a composting toilet and hot shower with a hot tap outside. The caravan is basic but very cosy, bedding and towels are provided, with extra bedding for cold nights, there is also tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Gladys, Double Decker Bus Glamping Accommodation

Gladys is our double decker bus, set in a wooded cove of the field with wood fired soaking tub. The ground floor has wood burning stove, kitchen, gas cooker, fridge freezer, stove kettle, shower room through the fire exit door, TV/DVD player (suitable for DVD playing only,) original bus features, driving seat & bus lighting. The first floor has double cupboard bed, single bed & double bedroom. Also included USB charging points & 5AMP plug sockets, picnic bench & deck chairs. Two dogs welcome.

A lovely little home from home - all bedding provided as well as home comforts such as tea, coffee and sugar, slow cooker, free Wi-Fi and a high chair and travel cot if required - please let me know in advance if you need these so I can ensure they are ready for your stay. Please note that although there is no central heating, we have electric plug-in heaters for your use.
