Located 3 minutes walking from the heart of the city center, but still away from the noise of the city's nightlife. Recently city started charging parking, but just 50 meters from building there is parking lot where daily ticket is available for less then 1 euro. In the vicinity there are restaurants, taxi stand, supermarket, local market, drugstore, pharmacy, exchange office and coffee shops.

It's a charming and cozy house with two spacious yards next to the beautiful Kamenicki Park. It is pretty close to the city center (5km) and the fortress (3km).
