Losodden is a 160 year old vintage Pilots house on the idyllic car-free island of Sandøya in Tvedestrand municipality on the southern coast of Norway. The house lies on the stone jetty only one meter from the sea. The archipelago in which Sandøya lies is one the most popular coastal areas in Norway. The island is sheltered from the islets around yet with a close distance to the ocean. The sun will shine on the property from 10 in the morning till 10 at night at midsummer on a clear summer day.

Waterfront summer house, five bedrooms, beach

Our summer house is situated just 15 km outside Arendal on a many acres large piece of land on the island of Tromøya, which is accessable by car. It has its own beach and small boat landing. It has a spectacular view of the ocean. The house consists of two common rooms and five bedrooms. Two of them each has to single beds, the rest twin beds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and washing machine. There is a toilet on the 1. floor, where you will also find three of the bedrooms.

Southern Norwegian Summer on Tromøya this year?

A cottage a stone's throw away from the sea on the island of Tromøya outside Arendal. Sheltered from the wind, the cottage is snugly situated about 100 metres from the sea. A family friendly beach is just down the path through the blueberry shrubs. Parking 10 metres from the cottage. Fishing opportunities coalfish, mackerel, flounder, haddock. Great hiking areas in Raet National Park nearby. 1 km walk to a very nice café: Bjellandstrand Gård. Only whole weeks (preferably Sat-Sat)

Eksklusivt nytt hus, 5 meter fra sjøkanten i Sørlandsleia. Stor privat dypvannsbrygge og sandbank. Huset er vestvendt og bader i mye sommersol. Terrassene gir følelsen at du sitter på en "flying bridge".Du vil elske dette stedet på grunn av beliggenheten og alt som skjer i Arendal og Tvedestrand by. 50 min til Kristiansand Dyrepark. Ypperlig til familier, par, venner og bedriftsreisende. Båt kan leies. I perioden 1/7-20/8 minimum 7dagers leie. Øvrige dager er minimum 3 dagers leie.

Arkitekttegnet hytte med fantastisk havutsikt. Oppført 2023. To dobbeltsenger med kontinentalmadrasser og to ekstra madrasser. Mange turmuligheter i idyllisk og trolsk skogsterreng. Nydlige stjernehimmel! Nærhet til badeplass i både ferskt- og saltvann. Regnvann fra cisterne og strøm fra solcellepanel med mulighet for lading av pc osv. Eget soveanneks. Terrasse med gode sol og vindforhold hele dagen. Hytta ligger helt usjenert til. Dette unike stedet har sin helt egen stil.

Charming coastal house by the sea

Velkommen til vårt sjarmerende hus på Sørlandet! Dette huset ligger rett ved sjøen og er det perfekte stedet for en stor familie som ønsker å tilbringe lange sommerdager sammen. Huset har tre koselige soverom og ett bad. Stuen er møblert og kjøkkenet er utstyrt. En av de beste delene ved vårt sted er den fantastiske beliggenheten rett ved sjøen, med mulighet for båtplass. Her kan du nyte båtliv, fiske eller bare slappe av ved vannkanten.

Idyll at the seaside. Sunny patio right outside the door, with dining area, sun loungers and fire pit. Lovely for sunbathing, swimming and fishing. Short walk (25 min.) to cozy Arendal centre's restaurants, shopping and the tourist attraction the glass elevator. Kayak/Boat can be borrowed/rented. Parking for your car right outside the house. Cozy for the summer holidays or if housing is needed for short-term stays throughout the year.

Quaint Seaside Vacation Home

This charming home from 1880 is beautifully situated on the outermost row of Tangen, known for its historic white-painted wooden houses and narrow passageways. Enjoy three lovely outdoor areas and a fully stocked kitchen. The property lies just a few meters from the sea, with public swimming area Gustavs Point just below and a lovely southern view towards the historic Stangholmen Lighthouse. Holmesund: Beautiful cottage by the sea

Holmesund is a beautiful, well kept settlement on the south coast of Norway. It is dotted with small islands and beautiful places for sunbathing, swimming, snorkling and fishing. The cottage is new, but mainly buildt by use of old materials. It has a lovely atmosphere and a big terrace with beatiful seaview. The cottage is located about 50m from the sea and has a private jetty. Note: The boat is now on land for the winter.

Sjarmerende hus i vannkanten.

Lite, koselig hus fra 1825 med egen inngjerdet hage helt i vannkanten. Huset ligger usjenert til langs Tromøysund. Nyt morgenstunden i fred og ro, og et yrende båtliv utover dagen. Kort spasertur til Barbupark og Arendal sentrum. Et stort og et lite soverom. Passer for par med 1-2 barn Leie for lengre perioder frem til sommeren kan være aktuelt og kan avtales individuelt.

Hytte på Tromøya m/strandlinje + brygge

Ny hytte (2022) med høy standard og særlig fin og skjermet beliggenhet. Hytta ligger noen få meter fra sjøen og Raet nasjonalpark og har egen strand og brygge. Den har mange uteplasser og gode solforhold. Adkomst: Eiendommen ligger innerst i Hovekilen, ved Sandum bru. Det er privat vei gjennom nabohyttas tomt til parkering på eiendommen, som er ca 10 meter unna hytta.
