We are so fortunate to live in a part of the world that boasts many treasures - beaches, rainforest, shopping and culture are all just a short drive away. And the climate! We love meeting people of diverse backgrounds and love to hear your stories if you like to share them! We also respect your privacy if that's what you prefer.

Walk across the road to one of Mooball creeks entrances, set up a picnic, or take a dip. 2-minute drive to Pottsville shops and creek entrance. In town, you'll find some delicious dining options such as Okky, Pipit, Isakaya Potts, Baker Farmer & more. 25 minutes to Byron, 30 minutes to the Goldcoast, 10 minutes to Cabrita beach, and 15 minutes to Kingscliff.

Enjoy a 30sec walk to the beach, local coffee or food, or snuggle up in front of the fireplace in those colder months. Suitable for a couple (sorry no kids) It’s a loft, so the bedroom area has ladder like steps and a low roof. But it all adds to the charm. Enjoy sitting in the tree tops and watching the world go by in our little beachside town.

Bookings are for use of the guest wing containing 2 x queen bedrooms, 2 x ensuite's, 1 guest lounge, outdoor bbq kitchen and pool area. Our neighbourhood is quiet. Strictly no parties or loud music

Guests are welcome to explore our property-as long as you take a carrot or two to share with Bentley, our resident horse. Sanitised and sparkling clean !!! This one bedroom unit with a comfortable queen size bed, one bathroom and separate sitting/lounge area is a central location and is quiet and private. The outside sitting area under the fragrant frangipani tree and garden is tranquil and relaxing for an afternoon drink. Crisp white linen is provided along with beach towels. The unit is airconditioned with TV, Netflix and free WIFI.
