We are located just three minutes from Sweet Briar College, 20 minutes from Liberty University, and 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Close to restaurants and downtown Amherst. This unique and secluded cabin sits on 75 acres in the Blue Ridge mountains. Originally the summer kitchen to the 1904 farmhouse, and surrounded by 111 acres of pasture and woods with almost 2 miles of hiking trails, this detached cottage has been completely renovated and is the perfect place to hang your hat while visiting all of the attractions Nelson County has to offer. 5 minutes from Oak Ridge Estate, less than 10 minutes from wineries and breweries and less than 30 minutes from Wintergreen.

The Vixen House

This cozy and comfortable home is located within the charming Town of Amherst in a quiet neighborhood very close to Sweet Briar College. It is only a short drive from Lynchburg yet is also convenient to other area attractions, such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Appalachian Trail, Mt.
