Little lodge

The Little Lodge is located on a 7 acre gated estate in a wooded bedroom community south of the Village of Folsom. The lodge is on the property beside the main house facing an one acre horse paddock and overlooking a 3 acre pond, dock and gazebo. We are horse friendly. Attractions nearby include; Global Wildlife Center, an Alligator farm, the Bogue Chitto State Park, old town of Covington with antique shops, art galleries, and fine dining. We are only 45 miles from Downtown New Orleans. l

Cozy Cottage on the River

Situated on 20 acres, Little Pine Farms is a serene retreat from the city. The property boasts over 700' of frontage on the Bogue Falaya River, a sandy beach, and winding paths through the woods. You will not believe that you're only 7 minutes from the heart of downtown Covington. Built in 2023, the cabin has everything you need, nothing you don't. Markham Place: Private Farm Fun!

Looking for a unique vacation? Look no further. This 2300 sq foot (BRICK) farm house is seated on 30+ acres with livestock, barn, pond/lake(over an acre, stocked with fish, a dock, two boats), trails, and a fully stocked kitchen (you bring the food!). The house was built in 1998 with all modern features like dual Ac units, walk in shower, hardwood floors, and full laundry facilities. Use this home as your own personal farm for vacation. Come meet mama the cow and your new best friends.

Modern meets rustic in our brand-new, three-bedroom, two-bathroom cabin with all the comforts of home. This two-story cabin was a family project from the ground up, completed in 2025. We enjoyed designing this guest house and hope you find it a rejuvenating space. The cabin is great for a refreshing weekend getaway, a home base for a work crew or home-away-from home while visiting friends in the area. Private location away from the road but less than ten minute drive to Tylertown.
