A perfect base to explore all that Tynemouth and Northumberland has to offer. One of the rare properties in the area with free parking and garage space.

Although there is no outdoor space at my home, there is the beautiful newly refurbished North Marine Park, which is literally over the road and five minutes walk to the stunning beach, with fabulous views of the pier's where you can sit and watch ships, liners and yachts sailing on the river Tyne with Tynemouth Priory in the distance.

The sandy Cullercoats Bay is 3 min walk away with popular watersports hiring available. Cullercoats is a pretty village with a handful of popular independent coffee shops/eateries. It’s perfectly located for walkable coastal beauty as well as simplistic A-road drives (approx 1 hr) to stunning Northumberland castle.

A typical Georgian style Tyneside building with original features, huge master bedroom with a four poster bed, stylish lounge, fully equipped kitchen with a new washing machine, dishwasher and fridge, a large bathroom with roll top bath and walk in shower. The location of this flat is brilliant, a week or weekend stay will not disappoint!
