A ground floor Victorian Apartment conversion with a huge bay window over-looking the mouth of the Mawddach estuary and an elevated Terrace to soak up the sunshine and enjoy the sea view. Everything is close by so you won't need the car. The beach is just a 7 minute walk across the park and the town is a 5 minute walk to all the shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs that Barmouth has to offer. As a dog owner I'm quite happy for you to bring 1 or 2 well-behaved dogs - Barmouth is very dog friendly

There are amazing walks and an abundance of wildlife on the rivers and estuaries just a short walk from the cottage. The cottage is ideally situated for the beach and just a short walk to the high street for shops , takeaways, cinema, pubs and dining out.
