From the moment you arrive, you'll be enchanted by the babbling sounds of the fountain and gardens sweeping around the house before descending to the river and Jetty. From the elevated veranda,enjoy river views with abundance of bird life. whilst eating breakfast or sipping wine, Security cameras cover car park and entry doors. The town centre is a 5 min walk.

Tranquil location in a cul-de-sac with the National Park at your back door. Completely self-contained with full kitchen/laundry and luxury bathroom. Unsuitable for children. Very private with separate driveway and off-street parking. Beautiful garden with many native birds. Five minute drive to the beach which has excellent fishing and swimming. Good bike riding around Lake Preston five minutes from the cottage, and a shady park with tennis court/basket ball hoop and free bbq 2 mins walk away

The Little Wren Farm, Lake Clifton

The Little Wren Farm is close to the Forest Highway and about 30 minutes from Mandurah. It is set among Peppermint forests and Tuart trees and has a variety of birds from Black Cockatoos to the adorable little Blue Wren. The parrots come in to feed throughout the day and Kangaroos are often seen grazing a few meters from the homestead. The Little Wren Farm is good for couples and business travellers and is a peaceful, quiet little gem in the country. The sleeper couch can sleep 2 children.

Ground yourself earthing out & stargazing. Visit the estuary for some crabbing, walks, surf fishing at Preston Beach or visit the local wineries. The cabin is off grid with a bio gas toilet & bidet. The experience is kinda like glamping as the cabin is rustic with some luxuries. No TV or wifi - a simple get away of less.

Take an morning /evening stroll around the orchard and vegie patch and visit the ponies and horses.
