Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet und mit Markengeräten ausgestattet, so dass das Haus ganzjährig komfortabel bewohnt werden kann.

In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The interior is a mixture of traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern country house style. Our apartment has been in the family for generations and is still our home for the most beautiful weeks of the year. It is the perfect starting point to explore the old town with its almost 2,500 years of history.
