Includes 1 bedroom(Queen), private kitchen/dinning room, living room and a bathroom. All guests are welcome to use all facilities on our property; including our backyard. The property is centrally located in the heart of historical uptown Kingston. Explore the weekend farmers market just steps from the front porch, as well as local cafes, restaurants, museums, and music venues. The Bau Guesthouse is easily accessible. It is 7min walk from the Kingston Trailways bus stop and 5min drive from I-87 throughway exit 19. Parking on our street is metered Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. Also free street parking is available just around corner from us.

Swan Cottage with Expansive Hudson River Views

The Swan Cottage was built in 1923 and was fully renovated in 2020. The idyllic location, on a bluff overlooking the Hudson River, is the perfect perch to relax and get away from it all. The front porch is a nice spot to have a cup of coffee and watch the sailboats on the river, while the huge wraparound porch affords terrific views of the river as well as the forest that gives this home a feeling of being high in the tree tops.

The Mini Manor is a newly renovated 2 bedroom/ 1 bath apartment, complete with an attic loft, that occupies the entire second and third floor of a 1910 Victorian Farmhouse. We have lovingly rehabbed this property to bring it back to its former glory and provide a relaxing Hudson Valley escape. *Please note: You are renting the upstairs unit, not the entire house. A long-term tenant lives in the downstairs unit.
