Awesome House on Cayuga Lake!

Great for families!! 1196 E. Shore Drive is a fabulous rustic lake house (circa 1890) on Cayuga Lake 2.5 miles from downtown Ithaca. 330 ft of frontage w/ full sun and awesome sunsets. Huge dock and hot tub. Private. NOTE: the railroad tracks come close to the house and so does the road (traffic noise during the week is noticeable). And because of the tracks, the driveway is SHORT AND STEEP. Price based on # of people. See below. Booking guest must be at least 25 years old.

Located on a quiet road 30 min from Ithaca and 5 min from Treleaven Winery, our four season lakehouse is ideal for family time at the lake or a romantic getaway. The house is comfortable and thoughtfully furnished.
