Its premium location allows you to get wherever you want on foot yet still offers tranquility if you just want to put your feet up and relax. And parking is free on the premises so don't worry about that

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. Also town's centar, grocery stores, restaurants and dinings are close and places for family-friendly activities. You can come alone, with your family or friends - also furry ones (pets) we have place for everyone, and everyone is welcome.

It is located in the port of Valdibora at the main entrance to the pedestrian zone and the city center. It can be accessed by car, and parking at an affordable price is behind the building. The apartment has a balcony with a beautiful sea view, lots of large windows, has just been renovated, equipped with new furniture.

Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
