Set on a 20hectare property on the banks of the Mooi River, Coldstream Cottage is the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy the beautiful views on the verandah, stroll down to the river or have an early morning run. The cottage is an architect designed, open plan, one bedroom unit with partly open plan bathroom. Morning sun pours through expansive glass panes, a free standing fireplace and solid wood floors help keep it warm in winter. A 20 minute drive gets you to Nottingham Road shops and restaurant

Beautiful Breeze Cottage sits among the stunning hills of the Dargle Valley. It overlooks 3 tranquil dams, rolling pastures and an indigenous forest. There are cattle and horses in the fields, abundant bird life to enjoy and peacefulness to breath in. It's the perfect place to recharge while escaping the pressures of city life and with the Midlands Meander on our doorstep you can be as busy or as quiet as you choose. The farm is now fully off Eskom power so load shedding is a distant memory.

4- 6 Sleeper Cottage at Nthaba Moya

Situated at the top of the D735 (3km off the Curry's Post Road), with far-reaching views towards the Drakensberg & Maluti mountains, The Cottage at Nthaba Moya offers an outstanding self-catering experience for Midlands wedding guests, sports enthusiasts, nature enthusiasts and families. Furnished to a high standard, the Cottage sleeps up to 6 people with amenities including DSTV & wifi - although you're likely to be sitting on the stoep, sundowner in hand, or star-gazing from the braai area.

Vista Road Farm Cottage

Relax with the whole family on this working farm nestled in the bends of the Mooi River. Experience the peace of the meandering Mooi River, nature, livestock and overlook the quiet bustle of an active farmyard. Unfortunately due to ongoing biosecurity measures access to the dairy and cattle areas will not be allowed. The cottage is self catering, and close to Mooi River town for supplies or takeaways. There is 4km of rough dirt road to access the farm (high clearance vehicles recommended)

The cottage is situated in The Dargle Valley bordering a forestry estate and overlooks the uMngeni River. It is nestled in the trees next to the main house on Woodsong Farm, which is a small life-style farm where you are free to explore the surroundings. Enjoy walks to the small dam with a picnic basket and bird-watch, take photos, enjoy some casual fishing and wild-swimming. The cottage is not suitable from small children. The cottage is not pet friendly.

Located in picturesque Currys Post, 180* at Mission House is a charming studio/cottage surrounded by breathtaking views of the Drakensberg Mountains. Mission House is in the heart of the Midlands Meander route, and only a short distance from the N3.

Welcome to The Snuggery Cottage in the picturesque town of Howick, gateway to the KZN Midlands. Nestled in a 1940s property with solid brick walls and oodles of character, the Cottage is ideal for one or two people. Couples & small families love to escape here to re-connect/re-set, to soak up the mountain views, open space, bonfires etc. or to explore the 3 well loved nature reserves. Secure, surrounded by timber and farmlands you'll find our compact cottage. Wide open spaces, a small dam with kyaks & tubes, peaceful simplicity awaits. A perfect unpretentious country hideaway!

Paddock Cottage is a beautiful old farmhouse, boasting stunning views of our farm paddocks with a huge garden and verandah. Perfect for couples or a single person wanting some peace and quiet. Large spacious warm rooms with a huge fireplace for cold winter nights. We are in the heart of the busy Midlands meander route on approx a 1.2km of dirt road pref a high rise car is advised . 4km away from MHS School and 17km from Nottingham Road.
