The Annex is a completely private part of our house for guests exclusive use, located in the historical Kentish village of Leeds, within walking distance to stunning Leeds Castle. Located 5 minutes from J8 M20. Ideal for Leeds Castle. The Kent show ground. 35 mins drive to Eurotunnel & 50 mins to Dover ferry port. 1 hour to London via train. The Annex has it's own private entrance, rear private patio area, sitting room/ fully equipped kitchenette, downstairs shower room/ large upstairs bedroom.

Cosy spacious barn ideal for exploring Kent

Nunfield Barn is a beautifully converted barn and one portion of the house is internally separated for our Airbnb guests, with its own entrance, downstairs toilet, kitchen/dining area and living room with doors leading to a private patio. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. There is an above ground pool for use in summer, a front garden shared with us when we are here. There are fields &orchards across the road and we are 15 minute drive to Leeds Castle

A peaceful self contained guest house in the grounds of our home. Independent patio, with seating and views over garden, stables and grounds. Newly refurbished - Ascot, like its twin Sandown, has an ample sized, well equipped kitchen with a table and four chairs and a comfy sofa that turns down to a bed in seconds. A TV is included in the kitchen. The French windows look out over your small private lawn onto farmland From the kitchen you go past the entrance lobby into a twin bedded bedroom with TV. A large modern bathroom adjoins the bedroom.

Cosy little get away

Simple yet cosy two bedroom annex we affectionately call The Little House. A few updates needed, but full of character and comfort. Perfectly located for guests travelling to or from the Le Shuttle and ferry ports, or working in the area. Homely and well-equipped, ideal for both short stays and longer visits. Includes a local info-pack with our favourite pubs, cafés, shops and scenic walks.

Our Airbnb is a spacious purpose built holiday home. We hope you enjoy the views over the surrounding farmland from inside the property and from the private patio area. If the weather allows you can soak up the sun from our high vantage point and enjoy watching the sun set into the distance. There is ample parking on our gated driveway and we are conveniently located for easy motorway access.
