Unit 131 is only one floor off the ground level, so for those of you that don't like using elevators every time you leave the property or are afraid of heights, this one is for you. Save time and enjoy the beach longer! Located across the street from the most beautiful white sand beach. Laketown Wharf is one of the most desirable places in PCB-offers 5 pools, hot tube, gym, private beach access, huge lakefront boardwalk and Vegas style fountain show.

The apartment is on the street side of our home and I will probably be in residence during your stay.
