Having just undergone a complete remodel involving everything in the house it is ready to host you in comfort, in style, and in privacy. One bedroom and one bath studio

One bedroom with a queen size bed, one bath, kitchen, living area and a small open porch to enjoy the view of the patio. Weekly cleaning service is provided at no additional cost. Electricity and personal items are NOT included. 1 pet maximum with a one time fee of $80. Can be paid at check in (Pet must be friendly since other guests and pets share the same property) Check-out time is at 11:00a.m, any guest remaining after check-out time will be charged for an additional day ($120).

However, due to the high cost of electricity on the island we ask that you please turn off the AC when you’re out touring/cruising the island. We provide the necessary amount of power to ensure you are comfortable (10KW per 24hr) however, should you exceed this we will charge the going rate per each KW used after that.

But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.
