Our bungalow is nicely suited for 2, features a separate kitchen, a 3/4 bath, & large main room for sleeping or relaxing. We offer a private entrance with carport parking. Yard is fenced, with dog door, up to 2pets are welcome. Centrally located, within minutes of the airport, downtown and the University of Arizona. We are within walking distance to Reid Park for golfing or a visit to the Zoo. Even though we are midtown with easy access to many areas of town, you will find it surprisingly quiet.

Take a walk around the community park or drop the kids off at the nearby skatepark. This house is close to shopping areas, dining, hiking, golf courses, paved bike paths and MTB trails. NO EVENTS or PARTIES allowed. Pool heating is $50 per day to heat to 80 degrees

Pool is available for use all year, but is not heated. NO PARTIES ALLOWED!!

If you love nature this casita is just for you. Located 15 minutes from downtown and only a few minutes from stunning hiking and mountain biking trails in the National Park. The property is very much like a botanical garden with fruit trees filling up the back and a wide variety of succulents filling the front. The casita has its own private porch while the property shares two large communal patios with outdoor dining and a fire pit.
