Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. La terrasse permet de profiter du jardin fleuri. Vous pourriez y bronzer, organiser un barbecue ou encore faire du yoga. Idéal pour les amoureux de la nature, cet endroit sera votre point de départ pour de magnifiques balades à pieds, vélo. Les remontées mécaniques ou bains thermaux se trouvent à 5 mins en voiture.

L'Aparté, suggested by « L’Instant Clé », is an enchanting 70m² cottage with a private garden, terrace, and Jacuzzi, offering a romantic and peaceful atmosphere in the heart of the countryside. Everything has been designed with your well-being in mind, allowing you to let go and relax. A homemade breakfast (pastries or Bircher muesli, jams, honey, cheese, ham, or local eggs) is available on request at an additional cost. Evening meals are also available. Privater Eingang im Parterre des Hauses, inkl. Parkplatz und Gartensitzplatz - Ländliche Umgebung. Im winter empfehlen wir Anreise nur Autos mit 4WD wegen schnee!! 20 min WALK from St Niklaus station(up & Downhill -waydirection see in our profile!) NO TAXI OR BUS FROM THE TRAINSTATION!! Most Central Valais ski resorts are just 30 minutes away, and shopping centers in Conthey are only 3 minutes away(by car)with easy access to the highway within 10 minutes. On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir.

Disposant d'un grand jardin sans vis-à-vis et d'une place de parc, il est proche des stations de ski et de plusieurs randonnées. A quelques pas d'une station de bus qui relie le centre de Sion en 7min, et les stations de ski en 20min. Une connexion internet à la fibre optique est disponible. Vous y sentirez comme chez vous.

Le Fumoir

Situé en bordure de village ce paisible logement offre un véritable séjour détente. Un moment idéal pour se ressourcer et refaire le plein d'énergie! La maison dispose d'une salle de bain, d'une cuisine équipée, d'un espace salon et d'une chambre avec un grand lit double. Le chauffage est assuré par un poêle à granulés silencieux. L'accès se fait à pied depuis la place de parking à environ 100m.

Bahnhof, Bergbahnen und Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu Fuss erreichbar. Mieter des Hauses dürfen die Angebote der Gstaadcard buchen. Das Haus verfügt über keine Zentralheizung, der Kamin wird mit Holz eingefeuert. Klappt wunderbar!
