Guests can use the front garden, one parking space and grill in the back garden. This holiday apartment is perfect for families with children, two couples or simply a small group of friends.

Unser neues Ferienhaus Una wartet auf Sie! Es bietet Ihnen viel Ruhe und Entspannung auf 120m2 barrierefreien Wohnfläche mit privaten Pool von über 53m2 größe. Zur Verfügung stehen Ihnen drei Schlafzimmern inklusive Bettwäsche, zwei mit Doppelbett und eins davon mit Bad und ein mit zwei Einzelbetten. Insgesamt sind es zwei Bäder inklusive Handtücher, Bad eins mit Massage-Badewanne und je mit Dusche. Hochstuhl und Reisebett stellen wir gerne zur Verfügung, natürlich kostenlos.

Located just next to the Arena with the only representative balcony overlooking the Arena and the performances and concerts inside it, this stunning luxury residence also has a full sea view with beautiful sunsets over the whole Pula bay. Enjoy the view of the Arena while sipping a glass of champagne on the balcony or from the windows watching the concerts, operas and other events inside the Arena. All rooms provide either a magnificent view of the Arena or full sea view.

Uživajte sa svojom obitelji u ovom modernom smještaju. Dobro došli ste kod nas, kuća se nalazi samo 200m od plaže! Imamo veliku terasu sa roštiljem za vas ,tu je i ogroman vrt sa parkirnim mjestom. Kuća je dobro opremljena sa svime što je potrebno za ljetovanje. Pored kuće imamo i vanjski tuš i još jednu prostoriju za peglanje i još jedan wc! kuća se nalazi na mirnom mjestu okružena zelenilom!

Villa "Casa Mediterana" is located in a very quiet place (800meters from the beach) where you can find peace and relaxation, drink coffee on the terrace and enjoy your meals while watching the beautiful sunset. Our property, Patrician's House, built in stone at the end of the 17th century. Originally Patrician's House. The house is full of historical features. It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.

App Sea, 70m from beach

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
