The village is a haven of peace and quiet but close to the historic towns of Stow on the Wold, Bourton on the Water and Broadway among others. There are also many beautiful walks from the house.

The Annex is a delightful, warm, quiet and comfortable dwelling built within the garden of our village home and adjacent to our garage. Towersey is one mile from the market town of Thame, and has an excellent village pub plus access to the Phoenix Trail cycle & footpath. The Annex has its own entrance with parking space, a double bedroom with king sized bed & tv, and sitting room with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plus tv. There is a power shower over the bath.

Good Mondays Farm is 10 mins off the M4, ideal for visiting the wealth of attractions in the Cotswolds. The Grade II listed cowshed conversion has high beamy ceilings, light spacious rooms with rustic features from the farm in its heyday. The bedrooms have large beds dressed in Egyptian cotton sheets and goose down duvets, all with smart TVs, free wifi and a desk. The bathrooms are furnished with a cast iron bath and/or a monsoon shower with Egyptian cotton white fluffy towels.

Broadway is about 3 miles away with the famous Lygon Arms. Stratford-upon-Avon is the regions cultural centre with it's theatre and Shakespearian heritage and Cheltenham is approximately 11 miles away with excellent shops, many wonderful restaurants and famous racecourse.

Thames marina double en-suite room

Cosy double room with a standard 4'6" double bed and dual control fleece electric blanket, en-suite shower and a glorious view across the marina. Tea and coffee making facilities, TV, hairdryer and free WiFi access are available in the room, which has direct access onto the small garden and patio with a table and chairs. Complimentary continental breakfast is included, and will be left on a tray outside the room each morning . On-drive parking is available for guests.

It's cosy, peaceful and ideal for short or long stays, our quiet and idyllically situated home overlooks the Thames/Isis River on Osney Island, Oxford. Located within walking distance of the Railway station (5 minutes), the Said Business school, the City Centre and the bus station(15 minutes).
