Bei mir ist jeder willkommen. Egal, ob Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende, Familien (mit Kindern) mit oder ohne pelzige Freunde (Haustiere). Ich wünsche mir, dass sich alle Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen. Pinedo ist ein Vorort von Valencia und ruhig gelegen - im Zentrum gibt es allerdings alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Bäckerei, Apotheke, Lebensmittel . Ich bin private Gastgeberin und vermiete nicht zu touristischen Zwecken, im Sinne von gewerblichen, touristischen Angeboten.

Beautiful apartment 4 km from Valencia historic city center and on the lovely beach of Port Saplaya, also know as Valencia´s "Little Venice". The center of Valencia can be reached by bus (15 mins) or taxi (about 12 euros). The apartment has lovely views of the small port and is quiet but just 1 min from the beach and the many great seafront restaurants of Port Saplaya, which suit all price classes. This house dates back to 1920 and is a Historic Heritage Site of the City. It consists of a ground floor, first floor, and an open attic. Located on the most emblematic and commercial street of Cabanyal (Poblados Maritimos), just a 5-minute walk from the beach and 1 minute from the tram stop that connects to the city center and the airport. A rental agreement is required, the minimum stay is 11 days, and we comply with the urban rental law, ideal for digital nomads and workers.
