Rum nr 5, 22 kvm 2 trappor upp (utan hiss ) med två enkelsängar 80x190cm som antingen kan placeras som dubbelsäng eller var och en för sig, Vindsrum med eget badrum och AC, sovrummet är 13 kvm och badrum och hall 9 kvm. Dörren till rummet är den gamla original dörren som vi har behållit men inuti är takhöjden mycket generös. Huset är centralt beläget i Cocentaina nära, Palacio Comtal och stora torget, Plaza Vener Escuder med Mercat Municipal. Där även de lokala marknaden är varje torsdag.

Se trata de un Pueblo pequeño, de unos 3.000 habitantes. Disponemos de Barbacoa. También de cocina, totalmente equipada y de la que se debe abonar una pequeña cantidad por su uso y por persona y dia.

El local guanyà el premi al millor projecte d'interiorisme de la Comunitat Valenciana l'any 2016. La platja es troba a 10 minuts a peu.
