Casa Verde is a large house with two separate floors. The guesthouse has its own entrance. The owners inhabit the top floor of the house. We rent the upstair apartment of this wonderful Villa in front of the Mediterranean sea. The house is located at the beachfront at the beautiful beach "la Fustera", with private access to it and stunning sea views. It has a beautiful terrace to enjoy the views, private pool and private parking. The downstairs apartment is ocasionally used by members of our family with whom you would only share the parking lot, the access to the beach and ocasionally the swimming pool.

Ga er gewoon even tussenuit in deze rustgevende, centraal gelegen accommodatie. Deze studio ligt in de campo van Calpe, 10 min rijden van het centrum en strand. De studio heeft een eigen ingang, badkamer, kitchenette, BBQ, eethoek buiten, tv en tweepersoonsbed. De studio is verder voorzien van airco en WIFI. Binnen is het niet mogelijk om te koken, buiten wel. Er mag gebruik worden gemaakt van het zwembad, deze is niet prive! Onze hond is overdag buiten.
