Bienvenue au coeur des Ecrins! L'appartement est placé idéalement sans vis-à-vis avec vue sur les montagnes et au calme. Situé en rez de jardin, vous bénéficiez d'une terrasse ainsi que d’un jardin entouré de nature. En été, le doux bruit des criquets accompagne vos soirées, et la fraicheur du torrent vous permet de supporter les nuits de canicule. En hiver, vous jouissez d'un accès rapide à la station de ski de Pelvoux par le chemin ou celle de Puy-Saint-Vincent (15min) en voiture ou en bus.

Venez vous ressourcer au pied de la station de ski familiale de Laye et tout près du golf Gap Bayard . Nous vous proposons un gîte indépendant de près de 90m2 de plein pied grand confort avec un jacuzzi et une vue magnifique sur la vallée du Champsaur. Le gîte comprend 2 chambres de 15m², un grand séjour cuisine tout équipé et une veranda. Vous profiterez également d'un extérieur agréable et plein sud avec une terrasse ombragée, un espace vert, des jeux pour enfants et des places de parking.

Ce gîte de plain pied, récent et unique,a été réalisé avec des matériaux nobles: mélèze brossé, badigeon à la chaux, fer et bois. Avec une ouverture vitrée sur les montagnes sans aucun vis à vis ,détendez-vous dans ce logement CALME et ÉLÉGANT dans la vallée préservée et sauvage du VALGAUDEMAR dans les HAUTES-ALPES. Randonnée,ski de fond,raquettes... de nombreuses activités loin des grands complexes touristiques mais tellement proche de la nature et de ses habitants. SITE EN PLEINE NATURE.

Notre chalet est situé au calme dans un jardin privatif. Sa terrasse de 30m2 vous permettra de profiter d'une vue panoramique. Parking gratuit.Nous avons apporté un soin particulier aux équipements et à la décoration pour une ambiance cocooning. A 5 mn à pied du centre de Guillestre vous trouvez: tous commerces , cinéma, restaurants, supermarché. Aux portes du Queyras, Vars, Risoul, et de l'embrunais sa situation géographique vous donnera accès à un terrain de jeu illimité été comme hiver.

La Cabane

La Cabane can accommodate up to 7 people. Linen is an optionnal service. The apartment's area is 55 m²+ 25 m² terrace Lying in a deckchair on the south-facing terrace, enjoy the panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains of the Southern Alps, without any vis-à-vis. When it's cold outside, warm up in front the chimney, sitting in a cozy club chair: you can imagine yourself in an old chalet of yesteryear... nevertheless equipped with wifi, television and everything modern comfort.

At 1250 meters above sea level, our apartment at the Belvédère chalet with a large balcony and splendid views of the Pelvoux. 400 meters from the ski resort of Pelvoux-Vallouise. Large living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet ... Private parking at the foot of the chalet. Pelvoux-Vallouise family ski resort, cross-country skiing, ice waterfalls, ski touring and snowshoeing, the second French mountaineering site, hiking, refuges, climbing, whitewater ...

Petit chalet bois en alpage

Tout y est mais il faut y aller: Attention accès: Route de montagne étroite en terre de 4km accessible avec un véhicule rustique (fortement conseillé). Nous ne préconisons pas la montée en véhicules neufs et/ou bas de caisse. Altitude 1650 mètres. De début décembre à fin mars, en raison de l’enneigement, la montée se fait uniquement en randonnée à pied, comptez 45 minutes environ. Quatre trous de golf (pitch and putt), des clubs et des balles sont à votre disposition.
