In this private unit you will find all the amenities of a 5-star hotel stocked with a fully appointed kitchen. The inside comes complete with central A/C&heat, a large rotatable flat screen TV with premium cable & Netflix, lightning fast WiFi, large closet space, and a skinny kitchen island for dining. This quiet, secluded area is the ideal location for any visit, whether in town for business or pleasure. It is just a short drive from iconic LA neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Burbank, Universal City, and Downtown. This cozy and quaint neighborhood is endlessly charming, and requires a mutual sense of respect among its inhabitants. Please do not play loud music into the night, especially after 10PM. While no smoking is allowed inside the unit, feel free to do so on the patio with use of the provided ashtray. The studio space is available for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 weeks. Every stay will be subject to a mandatory, one-time cleaning fee of $50.

Please take a moment to read all of our listing information. CHECK IN TIME IS BETWEEN 1PM -6PM FIRM. Because of L.A. city regulations we cannot accommodate 3 adults. The main bed is a queen, the second is a twin day bed, accommodating 2 adults & 1 child/teen or 1 adult and 2 child/teen, but only two beds. Pack/Play travel crib available upon request. Meticulously cleaned & filled with amenities! Walking distance grocery store & eateries. Universal is 7.5 miles away. Host is onsite.

Midcentury Modern home with tons of Natural light!

This is a bright and airy, classic mid-century modern home designed by renowned architects William Krisel and Dan Palmer, and features their signature post-and-beam construction, open floor plan, floor-to-ceiling windows. It also features a seamless indoor-outdoor flow to the spacious back yard with large pool and 2nd patio off the den with small sitting area, water fountain and plants everywhere. The house sits next to a grade school in a quiet neighborhood in a quaint cul-de-sac.

Easy street parking. There are a couple of steps down into the Studio. And again into the shower. Recently added an EV charger to driveway, which you are welcome to use with prior arrangement. A Charming, independent space. Only a short drive to Ventura Blvd which offered the best dining the Valley has to offer. Half a dozen eateries within walking distance. Located 15 minutes from Hollywood and 10 minutes from Universal Studios. A lovely place to relax after a fun filled day.

Immaculately decorated and beautiful, you won't want to leave. But when you do, you are minutes away from Universal Studios, Hollywood, stunning hikes and everything that L.A. has to offer. Cook a gourmet meal with the restaurant grade kitchen, enjoy dinner outdoors in the spacious private backyard, or pick lemons, oranges, avocados and apples from the trees growing on the wrap-around lawn. Walk to the nearby park/playground or to the NoHo West stores, restaurants and theater.

Valley Glam Studio – Private & Free Parking

Our stylish, cozy and private guest studio is newly renovated and located in the heart of Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley with easy access to freeways. We're close to the Van Nuys Flyaway (easy access to and from LAX), and a straight shot from Burbank’s Bob Hope Airport (5 miles). Though still in the city, our diverse neighborhood is tucked away from the major roads, which makes it a bit more quiet. Tree-lined streets are perfect for the popular Sunrise and Sunset walks.

Walk through our mini-forest (in LA of all places!), pick some ripe lemons or oranges, then go out for a night on the town, or sprawl out on the couch and just hang out.
