🛍️ First Monday is a short 10 minute drive. 🛍️ Wanna get away? Sit on the 600 SF covered party deck while sipping your favorite beverage by the fire. Gather with girlfriends or family to catch up on life at this beautifully decorated cottage. Imagine your group laughing and playing games while you watch the cook from the huge island with seven barstools. Or kick back in the den with six recliners. All of you will fit at the dining table and spend hours chatting. Got a dog? Bring it!

CABIN (Lake Fork Farm) Boat Ramp/Private Dock/Pool

Our newly built 1300 sf large private cabin nestled under a large oak tree, positioned right on the bank of our private 2.5 acre lake with its own dock. Sleeps up to six guests, plenty of parking, and has three beds, a 90-year-old restored pool table upstairs in the large loft, 3 porches (both back porches overlook the lake) and custom cabinets throughout made of local hickory. Enjoy all the displayed paintings, photography, sculptures and cut stones all created by the hosts.

The Barn at Neches A cozy 4-bedroom, 1.5-bath barn-style retreat. The kitchen and all bedrooms are located UPSTAIRS, offering a comfortable setup with 2 queen beds and 2 sets of bunk beds. Guests also have access to a primitive pistol pit gun range. Please note this area is still under development and is available for use at your own risk, as it is not staffed. Relax and unwind in the newly added outdoor hot tub, conveniently located on the deck! Firewood is provided

Also a full sized kitchen, half bath, wrap around deck with more outdoor seating and outdoor shower.
