Our lovely fully equipped 3 bedroom, 2 bath home features an oceanfront patio, with a Hot Tub perched on the cliff. It has stair access down to our private pebble beach. Surfside is a contemporary home with fir floors, cedar ceilings and a wood stove for romantic nights. Relax on the deck while overseeing the ocean wildlife. This is the place to get away from it all!

Charming Log Home - With Cozy Fireplace & Hot tub

Come and relax in our (3BRw/loft) traditional log home, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, with gas range, cableTV & DVD player. Bathroom includes a large bath tub, separate shower & laundry facilities. The 17ft high stone fireplace will gather friends & family for memorable cozy nights. Outside, enjoy private hot tub, BBQ, propane fire pit, table and chairs. Great views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca from upper sitting area. Our log home can accommodate up 8 people with a maximum of 6 adults.

The Boat Yard

This custom mid-century style home (an original Jordan River residence) is tucked in amongst 2 acres of rainforest and beautifully landscaped food gardens. Our unique Westcoast hideaway features wrap-around decks for sun all day, a woodstove, radiant floor heating, and a covered bar for hosting. A short walk down our private trail will have you at the ocean for breathtaking sunsets. We are walking distance to K2 beach, China Beach, and Jordan River beach (with the Cold shoulder cafe).

Heather Cottage - Beautiful Wetland Views

Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.

Completely renovated in 2018, this oceanfront cottage with wraparound deck, large windows, viewing platform and pebble beach access oozes seaside charm. Milton Cottage is the perfect place to begin your explorations.

You will love listening to the sound of the waves and the running water in the creek as you nap in the hammock or lay in bed in the cozy loft.

It has recently been renovated from top to bottom. *Please note that a new house is being built next door, so there may be residential construction noise during the day.

The cottage does not have ocean view, however, the waterfront is only 30 meters away on our property.
