Magnifique appartement d'angle avec une belle hauteur sous plafond dans un immeuble 1930 en plein centre ville à quelques minutes à pied du lac et à 3 minutes à pied de la vieille ville. Toutes les commodités à proximité, plusieurs arrêts de bus, accès à pied au marché de Rive, restaurants, boutiques, musées. (muséum d'Histoire Naturelle, musée d'Art et d'Histoire, musée de l'Horlogerie, collection Baur, Cathédrale, musée Barbier-Muller Eglise Russe), parcs et bords du lac

La maison se trouve au-dessus du bourg de Villeneuve, dans un quartier très calme, situé à 20 minutes à pieds de la gare. Une voiture est fortement recommandée, nous disposons d'une place de parc. A Villeneuve, les quais, la plage et la réserve naturelle vous permettent de profiter du lac et d'admirer les montagnes. En direction de Montreux le fameux Château de Chillon mérite la visite. Piscine à Villeneuve. Le Montreux Jazz festival a lieu chaque année au début juillet.

Fully equipped studio apartment at the heart of Leysin. Leysin is a dream holiday destination to enjoy nature and winter ski activities. We are located 5 mins from the "leysin village" train station by foot . **IMPORTANT**No parking space onsite included with reservation. **FREE Parking** at the railway station opposite the platform(200m) or chemin de l'ancienne forge(300m) - not guaranteed especially during high season however all previous guests found something.

In the Vineyards Lavaux between Lausanne & Montreu

Nice apartment, 50m2 + garden 30m2. View on the lake and mountains. Shared warmed swimming pool from the 1st of May till mid september. A double bed, an extra bed (materass on the floor). The apartment is next a sport field and a playground. 14km from Lausanne (15-30 minutes by train) and 10 from Montreux. Beaches at 10 and 20 minutes walk. 2minutes from tiny railway station and facilities (supermarket,etc) No car park in the residence, but easily around (paying)

The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

Accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite ( ascenseur) avec un parking privatif à disposition. L’appartement ainsi que la terrasse sont non fumeur.

This cosy apartment (75m2) on the first floor of an apartments block near (5 mins by foot) jet d'eau and 20 mins from train station, is close to all trendy shops, restaurants and transports (tram stop Villereuse and bus stop 31 Décembre). Kitchen with refrigerator, ceramic hob and oven, bathroom with toilet and bathtub, bedroom with one queen bed. The apartment can accommodate 2 adults. Towels are included. No animals allowed.
