Apartmen is located on a gated community of only 12 properties, with access to a beach known as Zarapa. Zarapa is known as a surfing spot by the local with a rocky shore. Excellent location in Vega Baja near grocery stores, pharmacy and the best beaches of our area.

The home is in a community with controlled access. It comes with a 700 emergency water tank with pressure pump. The home has a 15 Kw whole house diesel generator, and a solar inverter battery system with solar panels in case of power outages. There is a 3 minute walking distance private beach.
