For those of you who are not interested in loads of space, we offer a small (14 sqm) but cosy and well equipped studio for your stay in Rome. We have renovated a former wash house and transformed it into a modern and refined pied à terre with AC, WI-FI and usb wall ports, your comfort being our main concern. Our studio is located in Villa Certosa, a friendly neighborhood (almost a small town) in Rome, 15 mins by tram from Termini Station and 15 mins on foot from the popular Pigneto.

Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. From Velletri you can visit Castelgandolfo with the Pope's summer residence and the beautiful towns of Nemi, Frascati and Grottaferrata

Velletri is also nicely located to visit the area in the south of Latium such as the Castelli Romani, Sermoneta and the Parco del Circeo coast
