Situated between Shanklin and Ventnor, the Cottage is designed in the boathouse style with beautiful detailing inside and out, with exclusive use of a large garden and access to a spectacular cliff terrace. The Isle of Wight Coastal Path is at the front gate.

There is a private secure courtyard garden with table and chairs . The beach is 6 minutes walk away!A pay and display car park is 1 min from the cottage. IMPORTANT .. Tourist Parking Ticket Available… MUCH CHEAPER and Valid in most council car parks! It is ideally placed for a relaxing and fun-filled holiday/break for young or older!!

Robins Rest is a delightful cottage, 5 minutes walk from the popular Old Village in Shanklin. Walking distance to the beach, & a very good selection of restaurants/independent shops. Bedroom one has one double bed, bedroom two has a triple bunk (double bed & single on top). One bathroom with bath & shower over bath. Parking for one vehicle. Smart TV & WI FI. Perfect for families. Directly opposite a huge green/park & walking distance to all you need. Bus stop outside, great regular service.

Cosy Stable Cottage in the heart of the Island

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT NEAR THE NEW FORREST NATIONAL PARK! This cozy cottage was the former Stables and lies in the grounds of the historic Merston Manor House dating back to 1605. The Cottage is approached by its own drive from Chapel Lane and has adjacent private parking. This cottage is next door my other listing Quaint Coach House Cottage which maybe available if this is not. We have a minimum 3 night booking but can be flexible on request. Monday night is not available except on request
