The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

Our apartment was recently completely renovated. Clean, bright, close to all amenities. Just a 150 m walking distance to the sea, beach, shops, restaurants, coffee-shops, tennis courts, children playground, bus terminal. Free, fast WiFi and Smart TV with more than 100 channels. Well located to ensure silent nights despite of being so close to the city centre. On the ground floor there is a nice patio. Several parking places and garages are very close to the apartment.

Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Studio apartman se nalazi 5 minuta hoda do plaže Tomaševac, a 500 metara od centra Opatije, 300 metara do supermarketa, 500 metara od povijesne šetnice Carmen Sylva. Ima osiguran parking i Wi-Fi. To je apartman u našoj kući i ima balkon, u okruženju mediteranske vegetacije.
