Ainutlaatuinen kotini 40-luvun talossa on valmis vastaanottamaan mm. lomalaisia, työmatkalaisia ja väliaikaista asumusta tarvitsevia. Persoonallista tunnelmaa luovat lautalattiat, leveät ikkunalaudat, vanhaa aikaa henkivä sisustus ja olohuoneen kaareva seinä. Sijainti on kävelymatkan päässä palveluista vilkkaan kadun varressa, mutta rauhallisessa taloyhtiössä. Asunto on pääsääntöisesti omassa käytössäni. Toivotan tervetulleeksi vieraat, jotka pitävät hyvää huolta rakkaasta kodistani. ❤️

Tervetuloa majoittumaan meidän talossa sijaitsevaan omalla sisään käynnillä olevaan yksiöön 20m². Petipaikkoja 2-4. Asuinalue on rauhallinen ja lähellä moottoritietä. Talomme on vuonna 2022 valmistunut. Pihassa on parkkipaikka ja mahdollisuus sähköauton lataamiseen lisämaksusta. The apartment is 20m² and is located in our house with its own entrance. Fits 2-4 persons. Quite neighborhood and close to motorway. Our house is new. Free parking and ev-charge possibility with extra cost.

A cozy studio in a peaceful neighborhood, close to downtown Lahti. Within a 10-15 minute walk are Malva, the Travel Center, market square, sports center, harbor, and Sibelius Hall. The studio includes a living area, fully equipped kitchen, and clean bathroom. For extended stays, a washing machine is accessible outside the studio. The window faces the street with some car noise. Parking with a car heating plug is available in the courtyard. Enjoy nearby Lahti outdoor trails!

In addition to your own private kitchen and toilets, there is a shower and laundry facilities in common areas of the condominium. Check-in and check-out is done with a code.

Welcome to stay in a center of Lahti. It's easy to walk from an apartment to anywhere as the condo is in the heart of the town. In this apartment the original wooden squeaky floors welcome you to relax and enjoy your stay! I always wash the mattress cover and bed chlothes to every quest with undcented Finnish vegan products - my motto is "Clean bed gives you good sleep"! Oma parkkipaikka. Cozy 2-room apartment 2 km from the travel center, 2 km from Lahti Market Square. Grocers 300 m, Trio shopping center 1.5 km. Next to the beach, in winter also an open-air swimming area. 2nd floor, no elevator. Own parking space.

Tule nauttimaan 50-luvun talon idyllistä kaupungin keskustassa. Majoitut hissittömän kerrostalon 1. kerroksessa (n. 8 porrasta kerrokseen). Käytössä on oma parkkipaikka lämmitystolpalla ja yli 50 neliön tilava asunto. Keskustaan liikut kätevästi jalkaisin (15min) tai sähköpotkulaudalla (5min). Läheltä löytyy ruokakauppoja, bussipysäkki (100m) sekä metsäinen lenkkimaasto. Lahden kaunis satama-alue vain kivenheiton päässä.

Se sijaitsee vain 650 m päässä ydinkeskustasta ja 1,2 km päässä juna- ja bussiasemalta. Ydinkaupungin kahvilat, ravintolat, ostosmahdollisuudet ja kulttuuritarjonta kävelymatkan päässä. Löydät huoneiston sisäpihan rauhasta erillisrakennuksesta omenapuiden katveesta.

Puulämmitteinen rantasauna ja saunatupa, missä myös yöpyminen mahdollista. Valokuituyhteys, joten etätyöskentely mahdollista. Pitkinä hellejaksoina Kymijärvessä saattaa satunnaisesti olla sinilevää. Lemmikit sovittava erikseen.
