An oasis of peace, space and light, for enjoyable moments in th garden or in the outdoor pool. This two floor house features 2 double bedrooms. There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

Immersa nel verde, è facilmente accessibile dalla strada proviniciale Sp 54 (ingresso altezza stazione Carabinieri di Vibonati). Appena ristrutturata è l'ideale per una vacanza in pieno relax, grazie al suo meraviglioso terrazzo attrezzato da cui si gode la splendida vista della campagna antistante.
