El alojamiento tiene una ubicación estratégica. Está en el centro urbano de Vinaroz, dentro de la zona peatonal. Es muy silenciosa por la noche. Con más de 150 años de antigüedad, ha sido reformada con mucho cariño. Dicen que es muy alegre y original. Se respira mucha paz y tranquilidad. También tiene una bonita terraza para disfrutar noches románticas. Mercado central a 2 minutos y caminando para llegar a la playa son 4 m. Tiene escaleras, no apta para personas con problemas de movilidad.
