The cottage has one Queen bed located in a bedroom separated from the main area by a curtain and also one pull-out sofa located in the living area. Located on top of the Beamsville Bench minutes from Jordan Village & Balls Falls. Drive, bike, or walk to wineries such as Vineland Estates (2.6 km), Vienni (1.3 km), Tawse (2.6 km) & many others. Approximately a 30 minute drive to NOTL wineries and Niagara Falls.

It is an 8-10 minute drive from downtown and the Falls and a very short walk to a bus stop that will take you where you need to go. Cozy, one-bedroom unit in the heart of Beamsville. Minutes from the highway and the downtown core, and a short drive from wineries, breweries, hiking trails, and more. Enjoy this basement apartment equipped with a queen bed, double futon, private bath, and small kitchenette for basic food prep. Some continental breakfast options also included! Access the unit through a separate entrance in the backyard.
