Το διαμέρισμα είναι μέρος ενός συγκροτήματος τριών κατοικιών, μέσα στο πράσινο, με κοινόχρηστη πισίνα, και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα έως 4 άτομα, ιδανικό για οικογένειες ή μικρές παρέες.
