Villa Nascosta is offering a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests. It is located in a small Istrian village "Kacana", only 4 km away from Vodnjan and 14 km from Pula. Only 10 km of car drive is needed to reach lovely beaches in Fažana and Peroj. This holiday house is part of a row of connected houses. With an indoor area of 100 m2, it provides a cozy living space. The private pool, sauna and private bathrooms will surely create an impression of exclusivity for all guests.

Amazing natural pool and large Istrian house

Villa Smilja spans three floors, covering approximately 150 sqm with six rooms. On the ground floor, the open-space entrance leads to the living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table for 12 guests. The upper floors feature four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and air conditioning. Outside, the dining area is shaded, the barbecue area is covered by a large canopy, and in the back garden, a spacious natural pool stands out.

Apartman je smješten u mirnoj starogradskoj jezgri. Nalazi se na 1.katu ima balkon sa pogledom na bazen. Lokacija je idealna za pravi obiteljski odmor, a prekrasna priroda i plaže udaljeni su samo nekoliko kilometara, a za oko 20 minuta vožnje automobilom možete posjetiti veće gradove: Rovinj i Pulu. Vila može primiti 9 osoba, u prizemlju ove toplo namještene vile nalazi se dnevni boravak s kuhinjom i kaminom, kao i spavaća soba i kupaonica, dok su ostale sobe i kupaonice na katu kuće.
