BURIA Apartment

A spacious minimalistic flat with a mediterranean heart. Private entrance, free parking and a big garden. Perfect base to come to while exploring and enjoying all that our region has to offer. The flat has all the essentials and more but you can always ask if you need something particular and we will try to make it happen. We have three shy cats and one very enthusiastic dog on this property so keep in mind that you will be their guest. Pets and kids are welcome but should always be supervised.

Immerso nel verde delle colline friulane, vicino alla Ciclovia Alpe Adria ed altre mete di interesse (vedi nella guida). Ogni dettaglio degli interni è stato progettato con la massima cura, e con l'amore per l'architettura dei padroni di casa. Il Fienile ha due piani da 60 mq(120mq tot): al piano primo l'ampia e luminosa zona giorno e al piano terra la camera con bagno. È presente un giardino privato arredato.

Located in a residential area, with a green park and Art Nouveau buildings where at no. 1 lived the writer James Joyce. Close to the Railway Station and a convenient municipal car park with ticket (Silos/ Saba). Crossing the Borgo Teresiano you can reach the center in 10 minutes by foots. Pharmacy, supermarkets, ice cream parlor and restaurants just a few meters away.

Offre una spaziosa cucina collegata direttamente al salotto, una camera matrimoniale, una doppia e due bagni di cui uno con vasca e l'altro con doccia. Si accede direttamente dalla terrazza privata affacciata sul cortile. La posizione è ottima per visitare il centro storico e tutti i siti più belli della città a piedi ed il capolinea dei bus urbani è a soli 5 minuti.

Prostorno kopalnico s prostorom za shranjevanje ter pralnim strojem. In pa prostorno spalnico z udobno 180x200 cm veliko posteljo ter pogledom na morje. Velike zunanje površine vam omogočajo sproščanje na vrtu. Parkirišče je tik ob hiši.

La casa, completamente ristrutturata nel 2018, si propone come un alloggio speciale per giovani coppie, famiglie con figli. L'alloggio, situato tra il mare ed il Carso, offre non solo momenti di divertimento e relax al mare (situato a 5 minuti di auto e 25 minuti a piedi in discesa e 40 in salita), ma pure la possibilità di compiere lunghe passeggiate, gite in bici e, naturalmente, di visitare tante attrazioni turistiche. Per spostarsi si consiglia di essere automuniti.
