In einem mittelalterlichen Haus in der Altstadt von Völkermarkt liegt die Wohnung im 2. Stock mit Blick über die Dächer, den Hauptplatz und in den grünen Innenhof. Die alten Gemäuer und die wunderschönen Holzbauteile wurden liebevoll restauriert. Um den historischen Charakter zu erhalten haben wir natürliche Baumaterialien verwendet. Besonders sind die Gewölbedecken und die romantischen Holztreppen. Die niedrigen Türen sowie die unebenen Wände und Böden geben der Wohnung den besonderen Charme.

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Our house lies on a hill surrounded by the mountains in a small peaceful village, just 3 km away from Lake Bohinj. This place is one of the world's pearls, perfect for travellers who love nature and the peace of mountains. We arranged the upper floor of our house into a cozy home for travellers. Our idea was to make this apartment something special so we invited artists and craftsmen to participate. We also connected with the locals and can help our guests get the most out of their journey.

The apartment is located on the second floor and is the largest of the four apartments in the house, with near identical square footage. In meinem Haus, in dem sich Menschen, die hier leben und Gäste begegnen, befindet sich eine Wohnung mit 2 Zimmern einer Küche mit einer Essecke und einem Badezimmer mit Klo. Die Wohung befindet sich im ersten Stock des Hauses und bildet eine eigene Wohneinheit und ist gut für 4 Personen geeignet. !! Achtung das Badezimmer ist einen halben Stock tiefer und über Stufen zu erreichen. Der Garten kann auch benutzt werden. Bei Bedarf kann auch der Seminarraum zusätzlich gebucht werden.

This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.
